Robert’s academic journey began with the successful completion of his BA at the University of Northern British Columbia. Eager to further his expertise, he set his sights on a legal education, ultimately attaining his Juris Doctor from the prestigious University of Victoria.

Robert’s adept handling of a substantial file load and remarkable trial experience, including appearances in the Supreme Court of BC for six multi-week trials, showcase his dedication and proficiency.

Notably, Robert completed a significant research paper focusing on the implications of ICBC’s new minor-injury legislation.

While Robert specializes in insurance matters, his legal prowess extends to various areas of general civil litigation. He has successfully navigated commercial contract disputes, tenancy disputes, and negligence claims, demonstrating his versatility and breadth of legal knowledge.

While not assisting clients, he can be found chasing after his dog at one of the off leash parks around Vancouver.
